Ms. Quirky Scribbler

Hello there! I’m the typical single woman in her 30s who loves cats, art, books, and everything magical, though my bank account suggests I should probably prioritize them in reverse order. My current life goal is to achieve Irish singer Enya-level success- rich enough to live in a castle with an army of cats.

I created this delightfully cringeworthy, quirky name to write about the absurdities I observe in society while staying anonymous (baah, what a joke!). Since I communicate better through stick figures than actual human conversation, my posts are packed with comics, written specifically for humans whose attention spans have been brutally murdered by Instagram Reels.

A peak into our Quirky world

newsletter - Ms. quirky scribbler

I write about my dating struggles (from arranged marriage awkwardness to wondering why dating feels worse than small talk with my dentist during a root canal), art that moves me, and lengthy rants about how my creativity block has basically taken my brain hostage. Honestly, it's whatever random thoughts are bouncing around my head that I'd love to discuss with friends, if I had any.

Home to my amateurish satirical comic strips that turn everyday social weirdness into bite-sized visual therapy.
Warning: Side effects may include excessive nodding, sudden urges to tag unsuspecting friends, breaking into a smile, and the uncomfortable realization that yes, I definitely stalked your life to make this comic. (I didn't, but the accuracy is suspicious, isn't it?)

About the artist and writer

Hi, I’m Godly — a writer, educator, and artist when I’m not buried in a book.
I’ve navigated professionally from chemical engineering to oil companies, from teaching government school students to designing educational curriculum in corporate environments, before discovering my creative voice at Cronica Media.

Each chapter in my life taught me new ways to see and tell stories.

I’m most myself when reading, making art, or quietly studying the human comedy around me. I write better than I speak, which makes me endlessly curious about the society I prefer to observe from the sidelines. Currently, I mentor children on creative writing while managing all the blogs and published content for Cronica Media.
